Family First by 230 Films specializes in wedding and engagement photography and videography. Our service offerings include photo and video packages, add-ons, and custom pricing based on client needs. Details of each package and its inclusions will be outlined in the service proposal.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. Final payment is due no later than 60 days before the event date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of services without a refund.
Refunds: All payments beyond the initial deposit are eligible for up to a 50% refund if canceled at least 60 days before the event date. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Any changes to the wedding date, venue, or significant event details must be communicated to Family First by 230 Films immediately. While we will make every effort to accommodate these changes, adjustments are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
In the event that adjustments cannot be made, Family First by 230 Films is not liable for any refunds or additional costs.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions are obtained for on-site photography and videography, including permits and venue approvals. Clients are also responsible for notifying us of any restrictions or special requirements for coverage at the event location.

In cases of event rescheduling, Family First by 230 Films will make every effort to adjust our availability; however, we cannot guarantee that the original team or services will be available on the rescheduled date.
If an event is canceled for reasons beyond the client’s control (such as venue closure or personal emergency), please contact us as soon as possible. Any rescheduling will depend on our availability.

Family First by 230 Films retains the copyright to all images and video footage produced. Clients are granted usage rights for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial usage must be agreed upon in writing and may require additional fees.
We reserve the right to use selected images and video clips for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Family First by 230 Films shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay in services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or equipment failure. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution or reschedule services.
